We take shipping damage very seriously and offer the following solutions based on the severity of the damage: Minor Damage (Replaceable Parts): If only certain accessories or parts are damaged, we will send you new replacement parts for free within 48 hours of receiving your damage report (photos required). Major Damage (Unrepairable): If the product is severely damaged and cannot be repaired, we will either: Send you a brand new replacement (free of charge), or Offer a full refund if you prefer not to receive a replacement.
