How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched from our local warehouse, standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your region. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.
How can I track my e-bike order?
As soon as your e-bike leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status in real-time.
Will my e-bike arrive fully assembled?
To ensure maximum protection during transit, DYNALION e-bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. A comprehensive manual and all necessary tools are included in the box.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
What does the DYNALION warranty cover?
We stand behind our engineering. We offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects on critical components, including the frame, motor, battery, and controller. Normal wear and tear on items like tires and brake pads are not covered.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the e-bike must be in new, unused condition, with less than 10 miles on the odometer, and in its original packaging. A standard restocking fee may apply.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Please contact our support team at info@dynalion.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos. Our technical team will review your claim and respond with a solution within 48 hours.

How should I maintain the battery for maximum lifespan?
To maximize battery health, avoid fully depleting it regularly. Charge it when it drops to around 20%. If storing the e-bike for long periods, keep the battery charged between 50-80% and store it in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
What should I do if an error code appears on the display?
First, turn off the bike and check all external cable connections to ensure they are securely plugged in. If the code persists, please refer to the troubleshooting section in your user manual or contact our technical support team with the specific code.
Is the e-bike waterproof? Can I ride it in the rain?
Our e-bikes feature an IPX4 water resistance rating, meaning they are protected against splashing water from any direction. It is perfectly safe to ride in light rain, but you should avoid submerging the bike in water or using high-pressure washers to clean it.
