14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the DYNALION e-bike must be in pristine, like-new condition, with less than 10 miles on the odometer. It must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and tools.

Please note that a standard restocking fee of $150 will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a direct result of a verified manufacturing defect out of the box.

Comprehensive 2-Year Warranty

DYNALION provides a 1-year limited warranty to the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects. This premium coverage includes critical structural and electrical components:

  • Frame & Fork: Covered against structural failure.
  • Motor & Controller: Covered against electronic failure.
  • Battery: Guaranteed to maintain at least 70% of its original capacity after 500 charge cycles.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to:

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Depletion of consumable parts such as tires, brake pads, chains, cassettes, and grips.
  • Improper Use: Damage resulting from extreme off-road abuse, stunt riding, commercial use, or exceeding the maximum weight capacity.
  • Water Damage: Issues caused by full submersion in water or using high-pressure washers.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Damage caused by altering the motor, electrical system, or installing non-genuine parts.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you encounter an issue, our engineering team is here to help. To file a claim, please email our support team at info@dynalion.com with the following information:

  1. Your original order number and proof of purchase.
  2. The serial number of your e-bike (located on the frame).
  3. A detailed description of the technical issue.
  4. Clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.

Our technical specialists will review your case within 48 business hours to provide troubleshooting steps or authorize the dispatch of replacement parts.
