Quality starts at the source. All purchased premium components, from high-torque motors to aerospace-grade frames, must pass strict IQC testing and meet our stringent OEM standards before entering the assembly process.

PRECISE STRUCTURE & ELECTRICAL INTEGRATION

Chassis & Electrical. Certified technicians expertly integrate structural components using calibrated torque tools, followed by meticulous wiring harness routing, controller installation, and battery mounting for optimal aesthetics and waterproofing.

System Calibration & Dynamic Testing (FQC)

Calibration and testing. The hydraulic brakes and drivetrain system are finely calibrated, followed by rigorous multi-point dynamic FQC testing, motor verification, gear shift smoothness checks, and electronic diagnostics to ensure perfect performance.

Final OQC & Secure Global Distribution

After the final aesthetic and functional OQC inspection, the ebikes are padded with custom heavy-duty protective materials, and securely packed for global safe distribution and immediate ready-to-ride enjoyment.
